I decided to move on, and now I live in the ruins of who I was.

It is the best way I can to define this feeling that I have in me.

After losing myself and looking for me, I began to conclude that what was in me was something new and unknown, and that my previous existence had been completely and forever extinguished.

I don’t feel this is true.

In reality, I am almost sure that at this moment I exist and live in the wreckage of who I was, and in the midst of this chaos there is still some essence of my other self.

Can I rebuild myself? Do not know. I think not. I feel that if I tried, it would cease to exist completely in the process.

The truth is that the night has gradually emerged, and now it is part of my being. I didn’t notice it was getting dark, and that was the problem. I was thinking that it is normal. I was thinking that it would soon pass. I was believing that everything was fine. I got used to living with the weight of the world on my shoulders. I didn’t try to change or lighten the night.

And now, it may be too late.

In that darkness, I didn’t realize that I was destroying myself inside. I had no idea that the pillars that defined me were almost all noisy, and that the person I had built was collapsing.

Now, there is no more day, the night has settled in, and it is an irreparable part of me.

However, I am getting used to the dark. I can see better than before and I feel that not everything has succumbed. I still have some walls up and not all of the pillars have fallen.

And as long as it is, I feel that there is hope.
